We recognize that schools vary widely with respect to resource allocation, community demographics, and existing infrastructure. For these reasons, a "one size fits all" approach is not effective. All of our services are customized to meet the specific needs of our clients and build upon what is already in place to improve outcomes moving forward.

Assessment
From comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations, to Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), independent education evaluations (IEEs), and program reviews, we can help with your assessments needs. We can also assist with audits of schoolwide or district-level programs, such as multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), scientific research-based intervention (SRBI), positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS), special education, and more.

Program Development
At SupportEd Solutions, our focus is on creating specialized educational programming that supports the social-emotional and behavioral needs of students. Through collaboration with school teams, we develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), contribute to Individual Education Program (IEP) planning, and build comprehensive systems-level frameworks (i.e., MTSS, SRBI, PBIS) to enhance academic performance, as well as improve social-emotional and behavioral outcomes, for all students.

Consultation and Training
​Our consultation and training services prioritize building strong relationships over time with clients as we provide ongoing coaching, technical assistance, and professional development delivered either in person or remotely. We specialize in social-emotional learning, evidence-based classroom management practices, equitable and positive discipline methods, and strategies to effectively respond to high-intensity behaviors using a trauma-informed approach. With expertise in utilizing Schoolwide Information System (SWIS) and other social-emotional and behavioral screening measures, we support school teams with leveraging these data to inform decision-making.
